Cities
Our professional cloud-based platform provides districts and cities with a comprehensive parking management solution. We improve the effectiveness of your transport infrastructure and limit traffic congestion.
Why is parking important?
Every third car in congested traffic is looking for parking. Drivers spend an average of 5 to 20 minutes searching for street parking.
Drivers are wasting hours of time, burning tons of fuel and continuously polluting the cities with CO2.
95% of its lifetime car is parked, so parking regulation is the best way to regulate car use.
show moreParking has to be accessible and well used in the same time. In this sense 85% is considered to be the optimum occupancy.
Price is the only effective tool to regulate parking occupancy. Rght Price balances the demand and minimizes conjested traffic.
Price vary frequently enough to avoid shortages or underuse in a city's changing environment. That means price should be dynamic.

Why do you need UNIP?
UNIP is the new generation parking management Platform.
We integrate all your parking assets and propose effective management solutions for your parking infrastructure.
UNIP Centralized Parking Platform is based on two major verticals: PARKING MANAGEMENT and ENFORCEMENT.
show moreAssets management and CRM
Any item of city parking infrastructure like on-streets parking, garages, gates, EV charges, park meters can be integrated, classified and customised by an asset owner. Any asset item can be identified with a unique ID tag. Any parking space has GPS coordinates and up-to-date street view. All information is immediately available to users on a digital city map in their mobile phones or on city Web.
UNIP gathers information for the user database, containing vehicle-ralated data, subscription packages, transactions history, other. City can establish unlimited customer classification for both private and corporate customers.
Automatic notification about prices, restrictions, promotions, special offers, etc. can be sent to the customers by in-built messanger, Push, SMS or e-mail.
Revenue management and billing
Flexible price tools are available depending on the city goal. These can include higher prices in peak hours and lower prices in off-peak, price increase based on parking duration, special tariffs to coincide with specific events and other daily, weekly or monthly price models.
Different types of parking tariffs can be introduced by Platform: flat, time-based, progressive or dynamic tariff depending on the city zone and time interval.
City can issue digital permits to replace physically printed documents. Reduced cost and time spent on permit management and later enforcement, easy process of application, amendment or cancelation are being the material benefits of digital permits.
show moreMoble payments and digital wallets
Digital payments are the most convenient way to collect mobility/parking services revenues and also the less expensive one. UNIP provides a wide variety of payment channels, including all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Masterpass, VISA checkout, TWINT, direct debit, pre-paid parking cards and even payment through mobile phone carrier billing.
Cities can reduce cash handling costs by accepting mobile payments for parking. They can afford installing less on-street parking/ticket vending machines and decrease associated maintenance costs.
The virtual (digital) wallet is another central concept of UNIP Platform. Each user account has a virtual wallet, which shows the account balance and payment sourced linked to that account.
show moreAPI Integration and Data aggregation
UNIP Platform helps city to creat a unique digital parking city environment that consolidates all available smart equipment, such as parking meters, garage gates, sensors, video cameras, digital signage and EV charges.
The higher the mobile payments penetration rate, the more valuable data keep coming to the city.
This aggregated parking data could be a vital input for city authorities while making decisions on developing traffic and parking network. No more investments needed to expensive monitoring solutions based on sensors or cameras.
City may provide additional services for drivers, offering them data about congested areas in a city, so they can avoid these areas.
Dynamic price algorithm
Based on aggregated occupancy data UNIP Platform build-in algorithm can calculate an effective dynamic parking tariff aiming to achieve 85% occupancy. The proposed dynamic tariff can effectively distribute the demand for parking from overloaded facilities by promoting drivers to use facilities with low occupancy, public transportation or to plan their trip for off-peak hours.
By introduction of dynamic parking price the city is able to reduce traffic jams in congested areas without investing into any infrastructure.
How does it work?
UNIP enforcement vertical provides cities with efficient tools for controlling paid parking areas, recording any parking related violations and further fines processing.
The hand portable system of inspector (a tablet with pre-installed software) automatically captures an image, recognises a license plate number, records time and place and sends the data to the processing center via data protected wireless channels.
UNIP central platform informs inspector whether the inspected car has paid for parking or otherwise has the permission to park. In automatic mode central billing system issues digital parking fine and sends it directly to car owner’s address.
No paper fines issued on street unless it is requested by the Law. In such a case the paper fine notification can be printed right in place by inspector.
The major benefit of digital enforcement is its full automation and independence of human factor.
The applicable fine depending on the type of violation is automatically calculated and imposed by the platform. All photo images proving the violation are automatically stored in the system.
Upon detection of violation Inspector can not influence the fine processing.
Fully Automatic processing
Decrease in enforcement costs
Digital enforcement not only reduces number of non-payments but also significantly diminishes enforcement costs.
Due to full automation less number of inspectors are needed. Much higher efficiency per one inspector can be reached. The imposed fines can be automatically downloaded to the existing Public Registry. Process of handling complaints is transparent.
show moreAdministrative dashboard is a management toot that enables the enforcement department to monitor digital database of vechicles, their owners and related historic and current fines and violations.
Different types of fines to follow up the applicable enforcement policies can be introduced depending on the city zone. Payment status of every issued fine can be controlled at any time.
UNIP Platform generates various statistics and analytics on processed violation cases, paid/unpaid fines, inspectors performance.
