History

How we started

UNIP history started in 2014, when our software team launched a project on mobile parking application for drivers aiming to make parking more comfortable and accessible as well as searching for vacant space more effective. Later mobile application has been transformed into full-scale cloud-based UNIP Platform that solves major mobility tasks.

During the visit of the Chernivtsi City Council delegation, LME «Lvivavtodor» showcased the results of implementing the automated parking payment control system (ASKOP), provided by UNIP. The city highlighted that UNIP’s solution enabled transparent payment monitoring, a dramatic increase in cashless transactions, and significant revenue growth. UNIP remains committed to supporting Ukrainian cities with modern digital solutions for urban mobility.

In Kostopil, the municipal guard has begun issuing fines for violations of stopping and parking rules. To record violations and process fines, advanced software solutions from UNIP are used. This approach is aimed at ensuring order on the city’s streets and increasing driver discipline.

Poltava’s Parking Inspection has completed the stage of issuing warnings to drivers and moved on to directly identifying violations and imposing fines. Inspectors now use advanced software solutions from UNIP, ensuring efficiency and transparency in their work. This approach will help improve driver discipline and enhance road safety across the city.

A municipal parking inspection has been created in Poltava to ensure public compliance with existing parking regulations. Initially parking inspectors will focus on explanatory work to promote awareness among drivers but will gradually shift towards implementation of strict approach towards enforcement of parking policy by issuing fines for violation of parking and stopping rules. Parking inspectors in Poltava will use specialized UNIP software solutions that have proven their effectiveness in many Ukrainian cities.

Implementation of parking enforcement in Poltava will contribute to smoother traffic flow, reduce congestion, and create favorable conditions for the development of public transport.
