History

How we started

UNIP history started in 2014, when our software team launched a project on mobile parking application for drivers aiming to make parking more comfortable and accessible as well as searching for vacant space more effective. Later mobile application has been transformed into full-scale cloud-based UNIP Platform that solves major mobility tasks.

UNIP and Entringo are working together to evaluate opportunities and potential projects for private and off-street parking facilities in Ukraine. The initiative aims to implement modern ticketless parking technologies and digital payment solutions designed to enhance efficiency for parking operators and convenience for drivers.

A paid parking system has been launched in the city of Kostopil based on the solution provided by UNIP. The system provides convenient payment options for drivers, enables digital parking control and parking operator automation. The project is aimed at improving parking management and enhancing the overall urban environment.

Starting May 1, Lviv has introduced a parking benefit for combat veterans, allowing them to use on-street parking facilities within the community free of charge for up to 100 hours per month per vehicle. The service is implemented via the parking payment website unip.com.ua. The administrator of veteran parking benefits is ME “Lvivavtodor”.

A new service in the Diia app allows users to view and pay parking fines. It is already available in seven Ukrainian cities most of which use UNIP parking enforcement hardware and software solutions, ensuring accurate data integration and display.
